Tailgating Recipe of the Week

This weeks recipe comes from Cooks.com and in honor of the Masters this weekend...

CHOCOLATE GOLF BALLS

Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 lb. confectioners sugar (4 1/2 c. sifted-3 1/2 c. unsifted)
2 sticks butter, melted7 oz. coconut
12 oz. jar peanut butter
1 1/2 c.1 c. chopped nuts
2 or 3 (12 oz.) bags chocolate chips


Directions:

Step 1: Mix together all dry ingredients except chocolate chips, then add butter and peanut butter.
Step 2: Shape into small balls.
Step 3: Melt two 12 ounce bags of chocolate chips (might need 3 bags).
Dip balls into chocolate and let set on wax paper (use forks for dipping).
Refrigerate.
(Best to melt 1/2 the chocolate at a time)
