Wingbowl is upon us

This is a great week for tailgating. It is Superbowl week down in sunny Florida and it is also 610 WIP Wingbowl 17 this Friday. For all of us who are still hurt over Eagles loss to the Cardinals last Sunday, Friday will be a great way to let it all go and watch fat men eat wings along side girls toughing out the cold, literally.

Wingbowl starts at 6AM and is held at the Wachovia Center. Wingbowl is a ticketed event and is sold out, but, if you are heading down, Tailgate Philly will help you all week to get ready for a great pregame to Wingbowl.

As of now, the weather for Friday morning is going to be cold. The Thursday over night temperature is going to be 21 degrees, according to weather.com. So, our first helpful tip is to bring a tent or trap with you to block and wind and keep the heat in while tailgating. With that, a space heater is also a good item to pack. These items can be picked up at any retail location.
Parking lots open at 4AM. Tomorrow Tailgate Philly will provide a list of great beverage (for the kids, too) to keep you warm and put you in the Wingbowl mood.
